For your vehicle to be valued as A1 Showroom Condition, it must be in pristine condition for its age and mileage. You will have FULL, documented service history from a reputable independent garage or a Franchised Dealer. The bodywork of your car will be free from any scratches, dents or blemishes, it will have had no previous paintwork carried out on the car.
The interior should be unmarked and clean, free from odours. Your alloy wheels should be unmarked and tyres have at least 3mm of tread all round.

For your vehicle to be valued as Average Condition, it must be in good working order with a good service history from a reputable independent garage or Franchise Dealer. The overall condition of the bodywork should be good and not require paintwork but may require some light scratches to be removed by a mechanical buff. The interior of your car should only require a valet before retailing again. Your alloy wheels may require some reconditioning and you may require tyres to be fitted as they may be under 3mm.

For your vehicle to be valued as Below Average Condition, it may well have partial or no documented service history, it may have some paintwork requirements to the body and the alloy wheels and require industrial valeting. Your car may fall outside our normal scope of retailing and therefore will be sold through the trade or go directly to the auction.
